Banking Institutions More Dangerous Than Armies
“I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.”
— Thomas Jefferson, 3rd president of US (1743 – 1826)
Things that make you go, mmmmmm…..

Michael, glad to see you post this. I read this 4 years ago. I showed it to some who tried to make me feel bad for trying to help them see what our forefathers saw.
I still show it to those who think the bank has our best intersts in mind or that the FED is a gov’t agency.
And look at our world RIGHT now! RT @bookedsolidu: Banking Institutions More Dangerous Than Armies http://bit.ly/btKwHv

Well, I’ve never heard of a bank that had our ‘best interests’ foremost in their mind. Banks come across (in adverts) that they’re there to ‘save us’ and ‘give’ us money. Huh! for nothing? think again!
